Under certain circumstances, your Token may be cancelled by the doctor. It could be because the doctor was unavailable at the clinic due to unforeseen circumstances.
If your token was wrongly cancelled more than 24 hours prior/later to your appointment time, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org
