If your search results are empty,

  • You may have misspelt the doctor name. (You can find the correct spelling on a prescription, or in your token history if you have a previous appointment.)
  • Try searching the clinic name or the address of the clinic.
  • Try searching using the locality or speciality of the doctor.

If you still don't find the doctor, it's possible that the doctor is not currently associated with Sminq, and you will have to book the appointment by going to the clinic. In such cases, please drop us an email with the doctor details at support@sminq.com so we can add your doctor to Sminq.
